Human copy
Does the copy sound like your business, or does it feel generic, over-polished, or obviously AI-written?
The strongest copy sounds clear, useful, and trustworthy. It should not feel like a template.

Mobile experience
Does the website or tool work properly on mobile and tablet, not just your laptop?
Many Australian customers will check you from their phone before they ever contact you.

Buttons and links
Do all buttons, links, menus, and calls to action go where they are meant to go?
A broken button can quietly cost trust and enquiries.

Contact form or enquiry flow
When someone submits an enquiry, do you actually receive it and know what to do next?
A form is not useful unless the lead reaches the right place and triggers the right next step.

Lead capture
Is each enquiry saved somewhere useful, or does it only arrive as one email in your inbox?
If leads are not captured clearly, follow-up becomes harder as the business gets busier.

Follow-up process
Is there a reminder, task, or simple system for following up after the first enquiry?
The first reply is only one part of the client journey. The next step matters.

Workflow logic
Do you understand what the website, automation, CRM, or tool is doing behind the scenes?
If you cannot explain the process, it may be hard to maintain or fix later.

Risk and mistakes
Could the setup duplicate records, miss a lead, send the wrong message, or break without you noticing?
Simple systems should include sensible checks, not just clever shortcuts.

Handover and maintenance
Do you know how to update, maintain, or hand over the setup after launch?
A build is not finished if you cannot confidently manage it after it goes live.
